Amatriciana Fettucine with Eggplant and Bacon. The spaghetti that the chef used was the fresh pasta that they handmade daily, different from the two pastas that I've stated above.
I like the second one most. I'm an olive oil lover. Baby taught me how to cook Aglio Olio already, I shall try next time :)
